I keep having dreams where I feel like I'm fainting. Like I can't stand and feel dizzy. The room is spinning. I'm going in and out of consciousness and it genuinely feels real. Like last night I had two separate dreams where it happened. In one I was at a party which turned out to be my own surprise party but I got to a point where I couldn't talk and could barely stand in the dream. Eventually someone noticed and took me to sit down and that's when I woke up. When I fell asleep again I dreamt I was in an auditorium for some kind of presentation and I started to feel faint so I walked to the aisle and fell down the stairs. Some people rushed over to help me and then I woke up. It keeps happening.
